Step 1:  Training -  we specialize in developing programs that balance strength and conditioning training with a focus on progression
Step 2:  Alignment & Balance Training - developed by owners Jon and Jessica Hinds.  This part of the program focuses on assessing structural misalignments and then giving you the tools to fix them.
Step 3:  Plant Based Nutrition - our goal with nutrition is to make it a "live with" program.  This means that the word diet is not involved!  We will help you find your optimal nutrition path so that it becomes a lifestyle and not a fad.

WHAT'S ALL INCLUDED...?

Monthly Workout Cycles - 
Each month has 8 workouts that you will cycle through with progression tips for each workout.  This means that you will see immediate results after just 1 week of training!
Detailed Layout - each workout includes written content which include workout name, goal reps, goal weights or exercise with explanation, goal times to finish and progressions for the next time the workout is repeated. 
3 Levels - each workout clearly lays out the weight or exercise and time allotted for the workout for stability, strength and power levels.  Do you want to know your level right now?  If you cannot do a Pull Up, you're at Stability Level.  If you can  do 1 Pull Up from a dead hang, you're at Strength Level and if you can do 5 or more Pull Ups you're at Power Level.  We keep it simple!
Video Demonstrations - each workout includes video demonstration of the exercises for each level and explanation.
Coaching Tips - tips on how to progress for each time you repeat the workout is included as well as bonus materials in pdf or video format.
Community Board - as a member you will be welcomed into the community board.  Think of this as a forum and is a place where you can ask questions, get advice, discuss training ideas and get motivation from other members and Jon and Jessica!
