BAASE is our unique yoga/alignment training that we've been doing for over 20 years. BAASE helps you...

  4. Gives you a daily Live or Recorded class to follow to stay on your healthy path!!
    1. BAASE classes teach you thru 4 basic forms of re-educating the body...
      1. Engagement of proper muscles - how to get into the right position AND engage the proper muscles to balance your body.
      2. Resistance to wake up specific muscles - 1st we put you in the correct BAASE postion and then add light resistance / load to strengthen each position even more!
      3. Transitions  helps you begin the process of learning how to properly move in and out of each BAASE position.
      4. Mobility via active movements helps you to improve baselinme ranges of movements and skills like brachiation, various squats and domes.

JOIN OUR BAASE MEMBERSHIP and participate in our LIVE classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm CST and Saturday at 9am CST. With this membership you will also have access to follow along one of our many BAASE recorded classes and/or sequences on a daily basis! You will feel amazing within days!

We are no strangers to aches, pains and even injury.  We train hard and want to continue to train at a high level.  To maintain our level of fitness we must keep a balance of recovery and training. 

Recovery can encompass many areas like getting enough sleep, eating properly and drinking enough water.  These are all valid and important areas of being able to train hard, but we feel the main component of recovery is alignment training.  e injury. 

Our goal is to help you ,,,,to help eliminate the guessing game ...to show you what's important to pay attention to and what may be just a tweak by building sequences around strengthening the most common misalignment's.  Whether it's shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, foot pain, neck pain, back pain, wrist pain, elbow pain.....ok, you get the idea!  Whatever the issue is, we have built a method to help it. If there's no pain, you can train to gain!

BAASE classes / Programs we offer:

Live Classes AND Recorded Classes!! Plus beginner, intermediate and advanced sequences to follow as well on your own.

BAASE Classes: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday  - for people who want to learn how their body works, why are they in pain, how to fix and reverse that pain, how to do self-massage to break up tight areas and exactly what poses to do to wake up and strengthen weak areas of the body, mind! Jessica breaks down misalignments through the use of visual aids, Scully the skeleton, demonstrations, and more! Want to learn how to fix your problem areas….Attend OR watch the LIVE BAASE classes!!

    • Jessie has been teaching BAASE + Self Massage Techniques for years utilizing her knowledge as a Professional Neuro-Muscular Therapist and Reflexologist she can direct students to hit just the exact spots to bring relief to areas.
